In the financial services industry, trust, security, and personal connection have always been central to the customer experience. As banking evolves and physical branches continue to close, digital experiences must deliver the same confidence and human connection that customers expect.

VideoCX.io is bringing the in-person branch experience to every digital customer interaction. Its enterprise grade platform helps financial institutions digitize end-to-end customer workflows, from onboarding and Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to branch and at-home banking services.

“Today we consume, I think, about 10 to 11 million face recognition calls every month,” says Rudrajeet Desai, Founder, CEO, and Product Head of VideoCX.io. “We built an AI auditor that checks the video call, its authenticity, and if there are any fraudulent signals coming out of those calls.”

Beyond fraud detection, VideoCX.io uses speech-to-text to translate the entirety of each video call from regional languages into English. This enables customers to complete onboarding in just a few clicks, reducing the time and effort required from banking staff.

VideoCX.io is built on AWS, allowing it to deliver scalable, multilingual banking experiences across geographies. “We use Amazon Bedrock for summarization,” explains Desai. “So a lengthy video call, which is about 25 to 30 minutes, is understood in just a few lines.”

Looking ahead, VideoCX.io is developing AI-powered video agents that will work directly with customers, helping banks automate routine workflows while delivering personalized, face-to-face digital support at scale.
