Bring you ideas or prototypes, you will build and deploy a real AI agent on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, using Claude Code already installed and configured in the environment we hand you, with AWS Solutions Architects' support while you do it. Then you will put what you built up against everyone else's in a short hackathon with prizes at the end.

Three sessions, three different vantage points: a partner who builds this for customers, an AWS Solutions Architect on what shipped this quarter, and then your own hands on the keyboard for the rest of the morning.

• Working code that you can push to your repositories

Who this is for

Startup CTOs, engineers, and technical founders who are already building with LLMs and want to get an agent into production rather than talk about it.

This is a hands-on, advanced session. You will get the most out of it if you have a use case in mind. You do not need prior AgentCore or Claude Code experience: that is what the morning is for.

• 09:35 - 10:05: AgentCore in the real world. What the platform actually does, the architecture patterns that hold up in production, and where teams get stuck
• 10:05 - 10:20: What just shipped: trending AgentCore features. The newest capabilities and what they let you stop building yourself
• 10:20 - 12:30: Build. One continuous block, no interruptions. Work the lab at your own pace, then keep going on the challenge. Support at every table the whole time.
• 12:30 - 12:55: Demos, judging, prizes
• 12:55 - 13:00: Wrap and next steps
• 13:00 - 14:00: Lunch and networking.
